RTC/GRO LEARNING COMMUNITY
RTC/GRO leaders want sustainable, long-term, positive outcomes for the children they serve, but issues like frequent staff turnover, limited community resources, and a lack of meaningful collaboration between stakeholders leave leaders feeling helpless and alone.
This collaborative learning community will focus on 1) equipping staff with training opportunities and connections to local resources, 2) exploring evidence-based frameworks together, and 3) working toward sustainable solutions in partnership with key stakeholders.
